Free Quotes: We provide free, fixed-price quotes for moving services. Quotes are estimates based on the information you provide and are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified.
Fixed Pricing: Our quotes are fixed-price guarantees, meaning the price will not change based on the time it takes to complete your move, provided the information you gave us was accurate and complete.
Changes to Scope: If the actual moving requirements differ significantly from what was described in your quote (e.g., additional items, different locations, access issues), we reserve the right to adjust pricing accordingly.
Payment: Payment terms will be outlined in your moving agreement. We accept various payment methods as specified at the time of booking.
4. Booking and Cancellations
Booking Confirmation: Your move is confirmed once we provide written or verbal confirmation and you agree to the terms of service.
Cancellations and Rescheduling: We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation and rescheduling policies will be outlined in your moving agreement.
Our Right to Cancel: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule your move due to unforeseen circumstances, including weather, equipment failure, or safety concerns. We will notify you as soon as possible and work with you to reschedule.
5. Your Responsibilities
When using our services, you agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information about your moving needs
Ensure that all items are ready for moving on the scheduled date
Disclose any hazardous, illegal, or prohibited items before the move
Provide safe and legal access to pickup and delivery locations
Obtain necessary permits or permissions for parking or building access if required
6. Prohibited Items
We cannot move hazardous materials, flammable substances, explosives, illegal items, perishable foods, living plants or animals, or any items prohibited by law. You are responsible for disclosing any such items prior to your move.
7. Liability and Insurance
Licensed and Insured: Brewer Moving is fully licensed and insured. Your belongings are protected during the move as outlined in our insurance policy.
Valuation Coverage: Standard valuation coverage is included with every move. Additional insurance options may be available upon request.
Limitations: We are not liable for damage caused by items improperly packed by you, pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or damage resulting from circumstances beyond our control (e.g., acts of God, accidents).
Claims: Any damage claims must be reported to us within 7 days of delivery. Claims procedures will be outlined in your moving agreement.
